Project consulting is about systematic operation and includes research, training, coaching, monitoring and validating, in addition to other processes. A special highly compliant project system with a rich and successful experience will be in place. Our awareness for development requirements of many manufacturers over the years combined with over 20 years of auto service experience coupled with the industrial experiences of 32 senior consultants. The existent consulting services are categorized into nine classes, with each for high-end customers and each project supported with proven special project systems for better implementation with a higher level of efficiency.
